OPEN (NON-PRIVATE) TRIPS:
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
● Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are Non-Refundable.
● No shows or late arrivals – There is No Refund.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, hangovers, sunburn, oversleeping, transportation issues, weather preferences, or personal emergencies.
No Refunds, rescheduling or future credits will be provided.
● If Ally Cat Tours cancels the trip, a 100% refund will be issued.
PRIVATE CHARTERS:
● To reserve your date, a Non-Refundable deposit is required.
● If you choose to cancel, a refund will only be issued if we are able to resell your reserved date…
IF the date is not resold, No Refund will be provided.
● Rescheduling, Please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate you.
● Once paid in full, 7 days prior to the trip there is No Refund.
● Individual cancellations after the first 10ppl or 20ppl (as applied), will be refunded with 72 hours notice.
● No shows, less guests or late arrivals – There is No Refund.

WEATHER & BAY CONDITIONS:
Your safety is our top priority ~
All Tours operate in accordance with Port Captain regulations.
● Trips will operate in cloudy or light rain conditions, as long as weather and sea conditions remain within safe operating standards.
● If severe weather conditions occur – Thunder & lightning, or unsafe sea conditions – the trip will be canceled.
In this case, you may choose a full refund or reschedule based on availability.
● If it is heavily raining on the morning of your trip, please remain at your accommodation and contact us. We ask that you call no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time so we can provide the most accurate update.

● Changes or cancellations must be requested via email at allycatsailing@gmail.com or by calling +52 322 136 4230.
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
